Billing questions
Who processes payments?
Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. Your payment contract and tax invoice are with Dodo Payments, not directly with Zentez Solutions — this is what lets us support local currencies and payment methods like UPI for customers in India.
Can I pay in Indian Rupees or with UPI?
Yes — Dodo Payments shows local currency and locally relevant payment methods (including UPI in India) automatically based on your billing location at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling a subscription takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access and your remaining plan credits until then. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period, except where required by law.
Do credit packs expire?
No. Pay-as-you-go credit packs never expire and roll over indefinitely, on top of whatever plan you're on.
When does the "Made with Certquill" footer appear?
Only on certificates issued using your Free-plan monthly allowance. Certificates issued on a paid plan, or using pack credits (even on the Free plan), never carry the footer.
What happens if I go over my plan's monthly certificates?
Certquill automatically draws from any pack credits you own next. If you have none, you'll be prompted to buy a pack or upgrade before issuing more — you're never charged automatically for overage.
Can I get a refund on a credit pack?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of the pack's credits have been used yet. See our refund policy for the full terms.
Do you offer nonprofit or education discounts?
Not as a self-serve option today. If you're a registered nonprofit or educational institution issuing at volume, email support@zentez.io and we'll take a look.
